- 4–5 fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup sour cream
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish.
- Arrange the sliced peaches evenly over the crust.
- In a bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, sugar, sour cream, eggs, flour, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt until smooth.
- Pour the cream mixture over the peaches.
- Sprinkle the brown sugar evenly over the top.
- Bake for 45–55 minutes, until the center is set and the crust is golden brown.
- Let the pie cool completely before slicing. Chill for at least 1 hour for the creamiest texture.
- Serve cold or slightly chilled, with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream if desired.
