Warm Banana Pudding Pound Cake


 Ingredients

For the Cake:


2 ripe bananas, mashed

1 cup unsalted butter, softened

2 cups granulated sugar

4 large eggs

2 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 (3.4 oz) box instant vanilla pudding mix

1/2 cup milk (or buttermilk for extra richness)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Optional Add-ins:


1/2 cup crushed vanilla wafers

1/2 cup white chocolate chips

For Topping (Optional but Amazing):


Whipped cream or whipped topping

Sliced bananas

Crushed vanilla wafers

Caramel drizzle

 Step 1: Prepare

Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F)

Grease and flour a loaf pan or bundt pan

Step 2: Cream Butter & Sugar

Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy (about 3–5 minutes)

Step 3: Add Eggs

Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each

Step 4: Add Bananas & Flavor

Mix in mashed bananas and vanilla extract

Step 5: Combine Dry Ingredients

In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and pudding mix

Step 6: Mix Everything Together

Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture

Alternate with milk until smooth

Fold in optional add-ins if using

Step 7: Bake

Pour batter into pan

Bake for 50–60 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean

Step 8: Cool & Serve

Let cake cool slightly

Serve warm for best flavor
