Ingredients:
3 eggs
2 chicken filletsCrispy chicken strips
2 cloves of garlic
2 tablespoons of spices
2 tablespoons of corn starch
Oil
Salad
1 tablespoon of salt
Instructions:
The egg yolk from the egg white.
Cut the chicken into strips. Mix with egg yolk, garlic, spices, salt and starch.
Beat the egg whites in a bowl. Pour the oil into the pan.
Dip the chicken in the egg whites.Grill. Decorate with lettuce and cherry tomatoes
