3 large potatoes, boiled, peeled & mashed

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 small onion, finely chopped (optional)

2 tbsp chopped spring onions or parsley (optional)

2 tbsp cornflour or all-purpose flour

1 egg (optional, for binding)

½ tsp salt (adjust to taste)

½ tsp black pepper

½ tsp paprika or chili flakes (optional)

½ tsp garlic powder

For Coating (Optional for Extra Crispiness)

 

½ cup breadcrumbs

For Frying

 

Oil, as needed

Prepare the Mixture
