Ingredients
8 oz imitation crabmeat flakes
2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup finely diced white onion
1 cup finely chopped celery
1 lemon, juiced
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons cajun seasoning
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 1/2 teaspoons onion powder
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 ½ teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
Optional: Cocktail sauce, for serving
Preparation
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together until well combined.
Place a large piece of plastic wrap on a plate and scoop mixture into the center. Enclose with the plastic wrap and shape into a round ball.
Refrigerate for 1-2 hours until firm.
Unwrapped and place on a serving plate. Serve with crackers, pretzels, or veggie sticks.
Optional: Pour cocktail sauce over the top before serving.
