🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Season & cook the chicken
Pat chicken dry and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Heat olive oil and 2 tbsp butter in a large skillet over medium-high.
Sear chicken 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through (165°F/74°C).
Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
2️⃣ Make the creamy garlic butter sauce
Add 4 tbsp butter to the same skillet.
Add minced garlic; cook for 30–60 seconds until fragrant.
Pour in chicken broth + optional wine/lemon, and simmer 1–2 minutes.
Add heavy cream, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and optional red pepper flakes.
Simmer gently 3–5 minutes until thickened.
3️⃣ Combine
Return chicken to the skillet and spoon sauce over it.
